To be considered as a partner family you must be willing to volunteer 500 hours of Sweat Equity, either by helping with construction of the home, at the ReStore, or by other approved activities. This Sweat Equity has no monetary value to you, but it is mandatory.

Becoming a Habitat Homeowner means that you will be able to own a home with an interest free, no down payment mortgage. In order to qualify you we need to have details of your financial situation. Please indicate the annual total gross income (from line 150 of your most recent Canada Revenue Agency Notice of Assessment) for each member of the family over the age of 18 who will live in the home.
